I don't really wanna draw attention to it...but I kinda missed an update despite my resolve not to.

I just decided that better than chasing the deadlines around the week so I could not miss that one...I'd accept the fact and work towards bringing the Thursday update back a week before.

It has more or less the same the same effect! :)

EDIT: Yeap...propably missing an update for April 14th too...I thought I might have it ready for Thursday at least but noooo...life disagrees with me...*sighs*

About updates and exams

Ahh...how sweet is the time of exams...sweet because they are probably the last exams I'll have to give...at least for a looooooong time!!

I'll still have to work on my thesis after this but I'll have no class attendance to do and no additional projects so yay!

How does that concern you though? Is this some kind of (god forbid) rant?!

Well I got good news...even with exams these weeks I won't stop updating...the updates will be slow to come due to me making the pages between studying but they won't be missed!

The further good news are that with the end of the semester we should "soon" bring back the Thursday comic update :)

I will take advantage of one-week updates a bit longer though so I can build up a nice cozy buffer first :D

Let's see...hmm...

My photoshop kinda died...I have to attend the funeral and try ancient voodoo rituals to bring it back from the beyond. Thus...the page will be late!

I stress "late" and not missed! Could take a couple of days but the page will come! I am already feeling bad about weekly updates, I won't start missing them too!!

Still...I haven't had a comic break in a long while so I guess you'll forgive me for a small delay.

Yay for Starlit Nights!!

Three Years and a month to be precise...and over 218 pages!

As most of you might have noticed the anniversary was a month ago but due to many things I had to postpone it till today! One of those little things I was waiting for is our new domain!!

We plan to make a home here! :)

Three years is a long time...and I can't help but feel proud for still being around :)

Such would not be easy without the support of others though...I have thanked them before I will thank them again! For even when they don't realize it they give me strength to keep this up with their interest and their suggestions...thank you Azrael and Wisselkind!

I will keep babbling a bit more to thank all those in the community who've given me feedback, advice or simply have not flamed me! And a thanks to Comic Genesis and it's admins for this nice and cozy home!

A final big "thank you" to all the readers for listening to our song! And putting up with me :)

Hey all...it's been a very long time since I posted anything...too long...

The thing is I've been waiting for some things...thus putting on hold many announcements. But it has been way too long!

Things are very busy with me right now...so the weekly basis for the comic will stay for now...

Hopefully I'll have some nice announcements for you folk pretty soon!!

P.S. Emm...this update will be late one day...photoshop froze on me and I am too tired and frustrated to finish it now...

Once again it has proven that all can go wrong in the worst possible moment... :(

Right now my computer is busted and I am doing what I can to fix it, but as a result can't work on coloring anything. Due to me also leaving on a trip tommorow there is no choice than placing some art updates for this and next week cause.

After that I will try my best to post an extra update or two to catch up!

Hey there all...summer has ended and so has my vacation...Starlit Nights will resume the story from the point we've left it...oh...a month ago...

I am afraid not all news are good though.

Right now I am at a very busy part of my life...I have started work on my master thesis and Uni starts anytime. Judging from the pressure I had during the last year I realize I cannot do my best in both my studies and the webcomic. Reducing the quality of either the art or the story in the comic is not an option to me...if anything I should strive to improve both.

Thus I came to the hard decision to make the updates weekly, every Monday. This will allow me time for my studies and perhaps more time to hone my skills.

This is not a permanent solution though. As soon as things get better we'll get back to the original schedule! Hopefully with time I'll be able to make the pages at much less time at no quality cost...

Enough is enough though...enjoy the song... :D

On Holidays and Irony

What's the point of having sun if you don't have sea too? Thus I arranged to leave on vacation next week to enjoy both with the company of nice cold pints of beer!

The plan was for an additional week of updated to occur after I left but...all the best laid plans can turn to ruin by chance...

The chance...a sudden (and I mean sudden!!) illness that has trapped me in bed! I cannot finish the pages in time now so you people will be left with a week less of updates and my apologies for it.

I'll be back at the end of August and you can expect our story to continue then on to exciting events!

P.S. Fever in summer (45 degrees outside)...gotta love it

Chapter V: Where clouds hide the ground

Chapter V is begining today, and I am really proud with how the first page turned out. I think I'm getting the hang of my tablet.

Well...this is gonna be a bit of a cryptic chapter. There will be some things explained but not that much. What I can assure you of is that there'll be a couple of surprises! You'll see... :)

By the way, page 201 will mark chapter end...and study-exam break month start...I'm still thinking whether I'll have something for the month, perhaps random sketches, we'll see.

So...I really regret to say that there won't be an update tommorow...had to spend the past few days doing nothing but study for Uni...

On the verge of going insane...could be an understatement...

Anyway, to comic news! Those was just about as many answers as you were gonna get...I am getting stingy again. After some thought I decided to end this chapter in a few weeks and before my study break.

I should really start posting news more often...

So the Circle is finally convinced by the Prophet Doomrow to surrender the ancient gems that are the key to the Dragongods return! Quite an interesting scene...

But how is it relevant with anything you might ask?

We came to this exact point!! What is the Prophet gonna ask of the Circle now? How did the Circle get cool glowy eyes? When will Vish'ran gain his fear of open spaces? What did force Trans to wear his hair up? Has Nadain done any sexy photo shoots? Will I ever answer those questions?

You'll just have to wait for the next page...

P.S. There is a chance I am gonna spent the next days revelling in the joy that is Spiderman 3! In that case I cannot guarantee any answers...

Had a really funny mood last couple of days...what with a desire to relax during my spring break conflicting with my need to work on projects and the comic.

What it led to is this chibi-page!! Of'course this page is not part of the storyline and is intented just as a joke and a way to relax myself a bit while still providing content. And also I've been dying to do a joke like this! :D

Well...well...

It's the time of the year again. This year around it's really stressful too but I can manage...I hope...
